Nope it's not JAL!ANA JAL what is better?
JAL Mileage Bank mileage cannot be the root difference between the thoracic and ANA.Therefore I say when compared with ANA JAL is difficult to accumulate mileage.But I would want to save JAL Mileage like JAL is somewhat reduced rate is worse.So please try saving mileage with JAL card with T point.
